His father won't stand for it anymore. His constant attempts to leave the household need to stop. Sasuke already knows what's coming, and it only makes him cry even harder, more than even the scolding did.
He continues to cry as he's led out into the cold courtyard, the cold air sharp against his skin. His cheeks, tear-stained as they are, feel frozen right away. He doesn't even get to appreciate the blurry sight of the snow falling before he is herded into the dark storage room, the double doors shutting with an ominous thud behind him. He makes only a small attempt to get out, knocking on the inside of the doors, but it's no use; even if Yuusuke were waiting outside as he always did, there was no way he would disobey their father just to let Sasuke out for a few moments. He'd probably just say, I told you so, the way he always did, even as they ran. He knows better than to risk their father's wrath, and it's why he never gets punished even if Sasuke drags him along.
Alone and miserable, he crouches down, his arms tucked under his knees and his head pressed against his legs. It's scary, so scary in here. He wanted to see the city with his own eyes, just once. He didn't even plan to stay; he just wanted to take a look. But...
